NORTHEAST BUCKET GETTERS
Northeast Bucket Getters (NBG) is a youth basketball development program serving boys and girls from 12U to 17U. We are committed to helping young athletes grow through elite basketball training, competitive opportunities, and positive mentorship. Our mission is to foster a love for the game while building character, discipline, and life skills that extend far beyond the court.
We believe in developing the whole athlete—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Whether a player is just starting their journey or preparing for high school or collegiate competition, our program meets them where they are and pushes them to achieve their full potential.

Coach Ticoh Dallo is a youth development professional with ten years of experience, currently working as the Athletic Director for the Bridesburg Boys & Girls club Philadelphia is committed to developing young athletes into top competitors.

Basketball Coaches (Part-Time)
- Prior experience coaching or playing at high school/college level
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to plan and lead practices and game day strategies
Sports Management Interns
- Assist with team operations, events, and registration
- Perfect for students pursuing Sports Management or Recreation degrees
- Gain hands-on experience in youth athletics

Northeast Bucket Getters offers comprehensive basketball programs for boys and girls between the ages of 12U to 17U. Our program is built around player development, competition, and mentorship at every stage of a young athlete’s growth.
12U – Fundamentals & Foundation
- Focus on basic skill development: dribbling, passing, shooting, defense
- Introduction to team concepts and spacing
- Small-sided games and in-house scrimmages
- Encouraging fun, confidence, and love for the game
13U–14U – Skill Refinement & IQ Building
- Intermediate skills: combo moves, footwork, shooting mechanics
- Understanding offensive and defensive concepts
- Structured practices and tournaments
- Introduction to performance training and mental prep
15U–17U – High-Level Development & Exposure
- Advanced positional training and breakdown sessions
- Team strategies, film review, and game planning
- Competing in tri-state showcases & circuits
- College prep: recruitment education, academic guidance
